AI Mobility is an all-in-one business communication platform combining voice calling, video conferencing, team messaging, SMS/MMS, and a built-in cloud PBX. The mobile app is called AirtouchOne and is available on iOS and Android.
How do I download and register the app?

Search for 'AirtouchOne' in the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, enter your country and mobile number, then hit Register. A verification code will be sent to your phone via SMS — enter it to complete registration.
What's included free of charge?

My contact list is empty after registering — what do I do?

Give it a little time. Depending on the size of your smartphone contact list, syncing may take a few minutes for larger lists. You can also close and reopen the app to trigger a refresh.
I'm getting 'Service Connection Problem' — how do I fix it?

AI Mobility requires an active internet connection via Wi-Fi or mobile data. Check that your device is connected to the internet — look for the Wi-Fi signal indicator or confirm your mobile data is enabled.
How do I make a 3-way (conference) call?

While on an active call, tap the '+' button and select 'Add Participant'. Choose a contact or dial a number — the new party will be added and all three phones will be connected in a conference call.
Can I make international calls?

Yes. With a paid plan, you can call numbers internationally. For US plans, the included minutes cover US numbers (1 credit = 1 minute). International rates vary — for example, calling a Japanese mobile costs approximately 15 credits per minute.
How do I create a group chat room?

Go to the Chat tab, tap the pencil/compose icon at the bottom right, then select the double-head icon for a group. Enter a group name, select your participants from the contact list, and create the room.
How do I bind my mobile app to my portal account?

In your web portal, go to Account Profile and click 'Scan QR Code'. In the AirtouchOne app, go to Dialer → More → Settings → Scan QR Code, then scan the code displayed in your portal. Your device is now linked.
How do I invite contacts to my group?

In your portal, go to My Group & Service Plan, click on your group, then Extension List. Add a contact using their +country code and number, then hit 'Invite'. They'll receive an invitation to join your group.
How do I make a VoIP call?

You need a registered paid account or to be invited as an extension of a paid group. When linked, your dialer screen shows a VoIP/Mobile toggle. Tap VoIP (it will light up green) and all outgoing calls will use your VoIP number.
What devices are supported?

AI Mobility works on iPhone 6 and above, any Android device, Windows desktop, and macOS desktop. The full communication experience is available across all platforms.
How do I set up my plan and subscribe?

Register at airtouch.me, create your group, and you'll be guided to the plan selection page. Choose your plan, enter payment details, and your subscription is active immediately.
Is there international calling?

Yes. With any paid plan you can dial international numbers in E.164 format (e.g. +81 for Japan, +1 for US/Canada). AI Mobility contact numbers are automatically formatted — just select a contact and tap Call.
