Follow this step-by-step guide to set up your account, create your group, and start communicating with your team.
Head to airtouch.me and click Start Free Trial. Enter your username, email address, and a secure password to create your account.
If your username or email is already taken, the field will be highlighted — choose a unique one. Once registered, you can immediately bind the AirtouchOne mobile app by scanning the QR code shown.
You'll also receive any accumulated free talk credits from inviting contacts when you set up your group.
After registering, click + Add new group. Select your country, enter your group/organization name, and submit. Your communication group is now ready.
This group will hold all your extensions, shared numbers, and team members. You can set up multiple groups if needed.
Once your group is set up, you'll be guided to choose a plan. Select the one that fits your team size and needs — or stick with the free trial to explore all features first.
If you have accumulated free talk credits from the mobile app, they will be automatically applied to your account when you purchase a plan.
Download AirtouchOne from the App Store or Google Play. Open the app, go to Dialer → More → Settings → Scan QR Code.
In your web portal, go to Account Profile → Scan QR Code. Scan the displayed QR code with the app to instantly link your mobile device to your account.
